      •     Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Love Suli Hair is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

We ship orders using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Estimated delivery times (after processing) are:

      •     Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

      •     Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days

      •     International Shipping: 7–14 business days (varies by country)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

      •     Standard U.S. Shipping: Flat rate (or FREE on orders over $100)

      •     Expedited U.S. Shipping: Calculated at checkout

      •     International Shipping: Rates calculated at checkout

      •     We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once marked delivered by the carrier.

      •     If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

      •     International customers are responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by their country.
